Super Martian Robot Girl is a recurring character who first appeared in the episode Summer (Season 1, Episode 2). Her animation segment was one of the main segments in the 1st season of Yo Gabba Gabba! and she returned for one episode in the 3rd season (Superhero). (Only in a Storytime segment instead of her segment)

- In Season 1 Super Martian Robot Girl's segment replaces the Storytime segment but in Season 3 it was used in a Storytime segment instead.
- In Season 1, during the jingle, DJ Lance starts by holding the book and dropping it to one of the characters (either Muno, Brobee, Toodee, or Foofa). After the character opens the book, the book appears in the white background, opens by itself, and the story gets going.
- Muno read "Dance Party" (from Dance), "Be Good, Big Kitty" (from Halloween), and Dance of the Cobraman (from Together).
- Brobee read "Jumbo Shrimp" (from Summer) and "Do You Like My Haircut?" (from Greetings).
- Toodee read "Where's My Mama?" (from Happy) and "Funny Bunny" (from Find).
- Foofa read "Sounds of the Dolphin" (from Share).

- Super Martian Robot Girl is absent in Season 2 & 4.
- At the end of the segment, Super Martian Robot Girl usually says "My work here is done! Goodbye Everyone!" before she goes away, but in Halloween, she says "Happy Halloween everyone!" before she does that, and in Find, she does not leave at all, most likely to watch the rest of the magic show.
- The ending jingle is the same as the beginning, but only the 2nd half (starting at the horn). When the singer says, "Yeah!", the reader (either Muno, Brobee, Toodee, or Foofa) says it too, sometimes with the singer, sometimes off-key from the singer, but there are a few occasions where something different is said
- In Dance, the segment did not end with the usual jingle; when the book closed, the music stopped. Muno therefore said, "Woohoo, that story was sizzling!" instead before he corrects it.
- In Together, Muno said, "Yahoo!" instead before he corrects it.
- In Find, Toodee said "Yeah!", but after that she laughed before the transition appeared.
